About Me:
As a former athlete who played sports year-round and went on to play lacrosse in college, I understand what it feels like to experience injuries that feel near impossible to heal. I spent countless hours in the training room before and after practices and games. My time was spent in ice baths, heating, foam rolling, stretching, getting taped up, performing strengthening exercises, etc. When a game was near, I was even instructed to skip practice so I could rest my injury in order to make it through the entire game. Meanwhile, all of my efforts to heal only lasted a few hours to a few days.
Fast forward to 2016, I experienced fascia release through my Crossfit gym where I sustained a shoulder injury. I was given the tools and techniques I needed to recover from my injuries. Not only did these techniques rapidly resolve my injuries, but the results were long lasting. I learned to focus on the root cause rather than chasing symptoms. My passion for exercise and understanding the human body on a deeper level left me intrigued and eager to learn more. Since, I have become a Kinetix Practitioner and I am beyond excited to have the opportunity to help others discover the root cause to their pain rapidly.
